Jeneca Luckey was born and raised in Columbia, Missouri. She has had a passion for art since she was a child and picked up her first crayon. Her love of art eventually led her to enroll at Columbia College where she studied Graphic Design and Silversmithing. It was there she learned that she would much rather get her hands dirty making wearable pieces of art, than sit behind a desk at a computer making art. This experience, coupled with a move to Florida in 2015, introduced her to a world of new opportunities and ideas. She fused her passion of mixed media art and jewelry making, with her love of the beach, and created her own wearable piece of art - a Seashell Crown.

In August of 2016, she opened her own business named Jeneca’s FantaSEA. Since then, she has sold hundreds of Seashell Crowns all across the United States. She makes them for beach brides, mermaid costumes, birthday crowns, pageants, gifts, and more. Every Crown is handmade by her, and one of a kind. Making each one as special and unique as the person who wears it!
